Part Time Childcare Needed

Hi! We are in need of part time childcare for our 3 kids... a smart, funny, and very sassy 3yo girl, a sweet, silly, rough and tumble 2yo boy, and a 1mo old little girl, starting mid Dec/early Jan when I return from maternity leave. Im an RN and work a varied schedule. We need care 1 full day and 1 half day per week. The expectation is that the caregiver is engaged and playing with the kids the majority of the day, keeping screen time to a minimum, meeting kids basic needs (diaper changes, feeds, etc), and doing very light housekeeping. Basically clean up after the kids though out the day. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule, who's reliable, responsible, a great communicator, and overall enjoys being with kids.
