Ideal day would be caring for our 1-year-old all day while we are working as well as caring for our 5-year-old while he is home from school. I ask for you to please put the 5-year-old on the bus in the mornings and get him off the bus in the afternoons. They both love playing outside and do well with a routine. My husband is shifting work so some weeks we won't need care as often as others however, we will pay a flat fee every two weeks no matter how many/little hours you work.
