Seeking A Companion For 2 One-year-old Toddlers (Parents In-home). Flexible. Long-term

This position is a bit unique, so it requires a pretty flexible person and perhaps an open mind. My friend and I both have toddlers, 4 months apart. They are boys, 12 months and 16 months. We both work from home and don't want to put them in daycare. Thus far, we've managed to juggle child care and work. However, as the kids get a bit older, they need more attention throughout the day and we both have growing work demands. The older one is a roamer and pretty independent. He loves toys and watching his favorite show. The younger loves cuddles and his tv show as well. He also just likes playing games with a person (e. g. peek a boo, rolling a ball, etc). He's a bit of a clinger, but very sweet once he gets past strangers. Haha We are looking for someone who has availability to come to both of our homes (depending on the day) and sit with them while we work. We are flexible on this also if only one home is feasible. One location is in High Point (Davidson County side) and the other is in Greensboro (formerly McCleansville). We have meetings throughout the day, so really you'd be occupying their time more than providing for all their needs. We provide them meals and change diapers. We just need a dedicated person who can love our little ones as we do so they feel comfortable away from us while we work. You'd also be able to leave for an hour lunch or just to stretch your legs/ run errands (paid) while we take over until you return. We'd just need to work around our meeting schedules. This position is ideal for someone who loves children and is looking to make some easy money from two flexible and easy going parents.
