My husband and I are first time parents and looking for an in-home nanny to watch our new baby girl from 12 weeks to when she's about a year old, when we will put her in daycare. We are looking someone who has a warm, loving personality, and able to provide competent care of our baby girl. Must be CPR certified, have experience with infants, and preferably have Christian values. My husband works within the home office but will not be "reachable" unless a case of an emergency.
