Hello An ideal day with W includes morning breakfast and play time followed by an early nap that is usually about two hours right around his next bottle feeding. (He drinks a bottle every three to four hours depending on when he shows hunger cues)After that we usually do an a morning stroll and play for a bit and he may or may not lay down for an hour nap after that
