Nurturing, Playful Caregiver Needed For 3 Kiddos

Hi! I have a 4-year-old boy, a 2-year-old daughter, and a 4-week-old baby boy ( when care is needed he will be about 3 months old). I'll need someone Monday- Wednesday 7:30-5:30. Your days will be spent playing with my toddlers and making sure they have all their snacks! I don't expect you to clean the house, but picking up after them and dishes used while I'm away as well as cleaning the babies bottles would be very helpful! We have a huge backyard and you'll probably spend most of your days out there with my kiddos. My toddlers love spending their days outside! We have a big fenced backyard they will wanna play out there most of the day! They love chasing our backyard chickens and watching the horses near our house. They both love arts and crafts and coloring, I like to keep all their craft supplies stocked. Whenever I'm making meals, they love to watch and try to help. My 2-year-old loves books and loves to be read to! They need their breakfast/ lunches/ snacks prepared. My 2-year-old and baby will need diaper changes. My 4-year-old will need assistance wiping after bowl movements. They love to be independent as possible but will let you know when they need help! We have a big driveway with plenty of parking! We have 2 dogs they are primarily outside or in their kennels during the day time when we are at work. We also have a cat who spends 50-50 time indoor / outdoor. We have chickens and a few turkeys in the far back of our yard in their coop.
