Their little one is easygoing, enjoys warm breast milk, and dislikes being cold. The family values a nurturing, reliable, and attentive caregiver to ensure their baby is happy and safe while they manage their work-from-home and on-campus schedules. Responsibilities: -Bottle feeding and soothing the baby -Diaper changes and general infant care -Ensuring the baby's comfort and safety during daily routines -Supporting the family as they navigate their work-from-home, on-campus, and in-office schedules Schedule: -2-3 days per week, up to 4 hours per day (preferably afternoons, with some flexibility) -Long-term opportunity for the right candidate, with growth as the family transitions back to work in January -Flexibility to increase the hours from 4 to 6 in January Qualifications & Preferences: -Vaccinated: COVID-19 (with recent booster preferred or masking for at least 6 months), flu, Tdap, RSV vaccination if eligible -Non-smoker -Dog-friendly (family has two well-behaved dogs, one large and one small) -Reliable transportation to and from work. Driving not required -Evidence-based, informed approach to childcare.
