We're looking for a reliable, warm, and safety-minded nanny to meet our kids at the bus stop every other week and provide care at home until a parent returns from work. This is a steady, part-time role that's perfect for a college student, paraeducator, or caregiver looking for consistent afternoon hours on an alternating schedule. Core Responsibilities • Bus stop pickup & safe arrival home (verify drop-off, hold hands/crosswalk safety, keys/security code) • Homework/reading support (encouragement and light guidance; no major tutoring required) • Active play & supervision (indoor/outdoor as weather allows; limit screens unless pre-approved) • Communication: quick text when kids are home, note any concerns (homework, moods, incidents) • Safety first: follow family allergy/health notes, household rules, and emergency procedures
