Sitter Needed For 2 Kids With Regular Hours Guaranteed

Looking for someone available 20-25 hours per week while I work from home. The schedule will vary slightly each week but should be mainly Tuesday-Thursday, some Mondays and/or Fridays. My workdays vary, so while the specific hours may range slightly (never outside 8-5), I can provide a schedule ahead of time. Also open to talking with you if you can only fill one of the days and I find other help for those remaining. We have 2 kiddos, 3 months and 2. 5 years. Our daughter (2. 5) has Down syndrome. She doesn't walk or talk but is an absolute delight. We have two dogs who are friendly. Job duties are pretty typical, helping the kids with meals, naps, and play time. Our daughter takes a long afternoon nap and the baby sleeps on and off. Happy to have help with light housekeeping such as cleaning up after the kids meals or playtime.
