Safety, reliability, and good communication are essential, as well as comfort-enforcing routines, homework, and limited screen time. CPR/First-Aid certification, clean background, references required, and reliable transportation required. Part-time after-school/evenings, occasional weekends; availability for some school holidays is a plus.
