My son is almost 3 months and follows a simple schedule with light activity. We would be looking for someone from roughly 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day, though Mondays and Fridays may be only the morning if that works better. The ideal day for him is some play (tummy time, floor play, etc.) before a nap followed by a feed and then the cycle starts again with more play and then a nap.
