My wife and I have a beautiful 1-year-old daughter and will be welcoming our second child in mid-December. I own and operate my own business, and my wife is a realtor with an ever changing schedule. We were always thinking of hiring a Nanny by the time our second arrived, but my wife recently had a nasty fall and broke her foot, and will be on bedrest for the next 6 weeks, so we are looking to hire a nanny ASAP. We live in south Charlotte near the Arboretum. We have two friendly dogs (one is a blind 9-year-old, more like a house cat at this point) and a very friendly neighborhood. My wifes mother lives close by and helps out frequently, but also works a full time job so we cant always ask her to step away from her job.
