Part-Time Nanny Position (Mon-Wed, 7am–4pm) We have 2 daughters (4 yo and 20 mo), and the heart of this role is guiding their days with presence, gentleness, curiosity, and play. Our nanny : • Enjoys leading preschool-style activities: reading, stories, nature walks, art, building, singing, imaginative play, and early learning. • Holds a calm & respectful authority with children while being warm & kind. • Uses clear communication—never sarcasm. • Understands that everything said within earshot is heard, absorbed, and modeled. Daily Responsibilities Include: • Preparing a simple shared lunch • Children’s laundry (light and as needed) • Tidying and pickup of play/activity areas • Maintaining a calm and consistent rhythm Additional Details: • Mom works from home • No driving required
