We're a warm, professional family seeking a full-time, long-term nanny for our daughters, 2 and a half and 3 months. We're looking for someone kind, proactive, energetic, and creative who views nannying as a career. You'll provide structured, nurturing, and educational care, support daily routines, and work as an extension of our family. Details: Monday-Friday, 40-45 hrs/week Long-term, flexible start Live-in option if a great fit Parents: engineer (dad, off-site) + nurse practitioner/researcher (mom, WFH) Light household help (kids' meals, laundry, organization) One elderly, low-maintenance cat We value communication, consistency, and genuine care.
