Nanny Needed for Infant (Part-Time) Start Date: January 2026 Compensation: • $20-25/hour, depending on experience About Our Family: We’re looking for a nanny for our baby girl, who will be 5 months at the start date. We’re seeking someone who shares similar values as us and utilizes a nurturing approach and ensures a safe environment. We’re hoping to find someone who has experience with infants who can engage in activities to support our child’s growth and development. Responsibilities: - Provide attentive, loving care for our baby throughout the day - Follow a consistent feeding, nap, and play schedule. Engage in play during wake windows. Someone who can continue our schedule we have. - Engage baby in age-appropriate activities to support development (reading, tummy time, sensory play, walks, outdoor time). No screen time. Montessori approach a plus. - Prepare bottles and feed solids as appropriate - Maintain a clean and organized play area and nursery - Communicate daily updates about baby’s routine and milestones - Comfortable with pets (two loving cats in our home) Schedule: I work a block schedule which repeats every 2 weeks with longer working hours as I work in healthcare. We are looking for someone to come to our home and care for our sweet girl. We are looking for part time help and someone who can be flexible. This is a guaranteed 2 days/ week pay however days may vary week to week as my schedule does alternate. Hours also may vary as my husband is potentially getting a new job. However, can estimate hours per week ~13-20 hours. Looking somewhere in the realm of 8 ish am - 6 ish as long as you are available then! Schedule will be agreed upon hire and nanny will have schedule ahead of time (at least a month). All to be finalized very soon so we appreciate flexibility :) Requirements: • Experience caring for infants • CPR and First Aid certification. Able to provide proof. • Non-smoker • Reliable transportation and punctuality • Up-to-date vaccinations (including Tdap and flu preferred) - References from prior families able to given on request. - Clean driving record and background check
