We are looking for a great nanny for our 4-month-old daughter in Charlotte. We both work from home and need some part time help during the workday with flexible hours. Experience with infants required, CPR/SIDS certified. We would like our ideal nanny to be comfortable helping our daughter with developmental milestones, age-appropriate play, putting down for naps, feeding, and changing diapers. No screen time for entertainment. We follow baby-led scheduling based off of her cues. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified.
