About the job

Our son is 8 months old. My husband is a chef that works very long hours and my schedule is more flexible because I am in sales. I work from home most mornings, but my current nanny arrives at 9:30 a.m. I do not get home at the same time every night. It can range from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. I am looking for a nanny that will follow the same schedule I have with my son on the weekends. Communication with me is key because I really want our son to follow a sleep and eating schedule as best as possible. Our current nanny checks in with me throughout the day and communicate when the baby should eat and nap. Our son is not in a steady sleep schedule yet, so I would like a nanny that is comfortable keeping in contact with me throughout the day. We are relocating to Charlotte and that's why we are looking for new childcare
