Babysitter For 5 Month Old

Looking for in-home childcare while my husband and I work from home. Looking for someone who can do developmentally appropriate activities with our girl to help her reach her milestones, someone trained in CPR and First aid, skilled in soothing techniques, friendly, fun, nurturing, calming, responsible and responsive. We are a Christian household and would value someone with aligned faith. Our 4-month-old loves to laugh, read, eat (lol), be sang to, and dance. Our home has parking. We have 2 poodles but they will be put in the cage while we are working.
