Seeking a warm, engaged, and reliable part-time nanny to primarily care for our toddler. This role focuses on hands-on support, developmental play, and creating a safe, nurturing environment. Role may expand in hours over time. Primary Responsibilities Supervise, engage, and interact with toddler in age-appropriate, stimulating, and loving ways Encourage developmental and imaginative play, reading, singing, sensory activities, and learning games Light household help during toddler naps if applicable (not housekeeping role just straightening child areas & light tasks) Help maintain organized play spaces and encourage clean-up habits with child Occasional assistance with baby if needed (minimal, toddler-focused position) Outdoor play and activities (walks, backyard time) Safety first constant supervision and proactive safety awareness
