Part-time Or Full Time Nanny For Infant

4mo old baby girl- but was 2 months premature. We feel she would do best with 1:1 care, esp for first couple of yrs. Willing to commit to a yr up front. We really hope to find someone who becomes part of our family, and who would like to stay w/ us even longer! We are easy-going and approachable, hoping to be a team in her care. At min, need M-Th 12-6, but would like to consider a couple of full days if poss. Also open to a full-time position. My hrs could potentially be adjusted if needed. starting asap. We have two doodles in the fam-very sweet and chill. We need someone who is comfortable w/ dogs and could show them a little love, occ letting them out into our fenced yard followed by a cookie or two :)
