Part-time Sitter For Fun 3.5 Year Old

My family and I live and work full time on Beech Mountain. We're a family of six but only one little guy in need of a sitter throughout the summer. We're an active family and love the fresh mountain air and using our imagination on rainy/cold days. We definitely prefer outside time over screen time. Our guy loves playing outside, building with blocks, painting, playdoh and cookies! We have a passion for learning and reading books especially I-spy ones! We're in the thick of potty training and need constant reassurance and compassion in this area. We're looking for someone who will build a familiar report and learn how to communicate with a little person who is still learning himself. We ideally want someone who is actively involved in caring, learning and playing.
