We're looking for a part-time nanny for our 4-month-old daughter starting Nov. 17! My maternity leave is ending and I work from home, so we'd love for someone to care for her here instead of daycare. We're first-time parents and a bit anxious to leave her. I'll work at home at first while we adjust, then some days I'll go into the office once we get more comfortable. Ideally, you'd handle her routine while I work in my home office, and I can help if needed. She's not a big fan of car rides yet but improving--we can provide a car seat base once she's comfortable. We have a big backyard and a nice neighborhood for walks. I work three days a week, and my husband is off Fridays (switching to Mondays in Jan), so we only need care two days a week--flexible on which days work best for you.
