Were a family in West Asheville seeking a part-time nanny for our playful and imaginative 4-year-old (turning 5 in December). Schedule is Monday-Friday, preschool pickup at 12:30 p.m. and care in our home until about 5:30 p.m. Our son loves outdoor play (we live right beside West Asheville Park), dramatic play and theatre, trucks, art projects, and reading stories. Were looking for someone dependable, caring, and engaging who values open communication, honesty, and emotional intelligence. Well happily cover costs for fun activities or outings and are also open to occasional evening or weekend care once were all comfortable. Since we dont have family nearby, we hope to build a lasting relationship with a nanny who feels like part of our village. We are open to discussing pay and committed to ensuring compensation meets or exceeds living wage.
