Hi all! Were looking for a long-term evening nanny/mothers helper for our 4 y/o and 2 y/o twin daughters (3 total) on Mon-Fri from 4:30-8:00 p.m. for a Mon 11/10 start. The job entails tag teaming with mom and helping with supervision, dinner, cleanup, bath, and bedtime routines. Pay will be made electronically every two weeks on Wednesday through a payroll service. Federal and state income tax will not be withheld unless you request it, but Social Security and Medicare (FICA) are mandatorily withheld. Our interview process is fast and transparent. The process will begin with a phone call or video conference and may advance to a background check, reference check, and paid trial evening to make sure its a good fit for both parties before execution of an employment agreement.
