Nanny/babysitter

My husband and I are looking for a Nanny/babysitter for part-time work Monday-Thursday. I am a practicing Chiropractor and my husband is an Oncology research associate. We currently need the most help in the middle part of the day. We have been fortunate to have our help out all of these months and now ready to hire a professional. Our babygirl is 8 months old that love to sing and dance. We are looking for a nanny we can bring on that still feels like family. We are looking for the following qualities: Nanny Job Responsibilities: Provides customized and personalized childcare for our child in our home. Administers one-on-one care and meets the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual needs of our child. Contributes to a safe, caring, nurturing, and stimulating environment in which our baby can thrive and develop. Keeps the areas neat and tidy. Nanny Qualifications/Skills: Creating a safe, nurturing environment Engaging Child-focused Compassionate Excellent communication skills Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: Must be over 18 years old High School Diploma or GED preferred CPR/FA, 1 & 2 (within 6-12 months of hire), and CPI certification Any state-mandated certification Minimum one (1) year of professional or personal experience supporting children with disabilities or challenging behaviors a plus Please send me a message to determine if this will be a great fit for us all.
