We are 4 working professionals expecting our first babies in February! We are looking for a long term nanny to begin after our parental leave ends in May. Start date is flexible. Pay is $30 an hour. Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced nanny to provide compassionate and attentive care for two infants in a nanny share arrangement. This full time position is located in Apex and the schedule is Monday to Friday. Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the safety and well-being of both infants at all times. 2. Create a nurturing and stimulating environment conducive to their development. 3. Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities, promoting cognitive and social skills. 4. Establish and maintain a consistent daily routine, including feeding, napping, and playtime. 5. Collaborate with parents to ensure continuity of care and adherence to specific preferences. 6. Perform light housekeeping tasks related to the infants, such as washing bottles and tidying play areas. Requirements: 1. Experience in caring for infants, with a strong emphasis on a nurturing and supportive approach. 2. CPR and first aid certification for infants and children. 3. Excellent communication skills to keep parents informed about daily activities and milestones. 4. Ability to multitask efficiently and remain calm in various situations. 5. Reliable transportation to and from the residence. 6. Non-smoker 7. Comfortable with a sweet Labrador retriever 8.
