We're a warm, loving family seeking a nurturing nanny to care for our baby (due December) during weekdays, with both children home on Fridays. Mom works from home for the state, and Dad is a PA. We value creativity, play, and a screen-free environment for babies. The ideal caregiver is patient, respectful, and truly sees children as capable little humans who thrive with love and care. You'd spend your days reading, playing, and exploring the neighborhood with our baby. We also have two sweet golden retrievers--one mellow senior and one playful pup--who I'll manage during the day.
