Attachment-based Conscious Caregiver For 4 Year Old

I've got the sweetest 4-year-old boy. Ideally I'm looking for someone with a flexible schedule, as I do need ongoing care but my schedule fluctuates greatly. I need help for a couple hours in the morning for my weekly therapy appointments for sure, and then for my job... I work for myself, and need assistance sometimes for full days while I do vendor markets, sometimes 4 hours in the evening while I hold workshops or events, etc. You'll need to provide your own transportation to come to my house, currently in Coram, MT which will change in the spring. I'm looking for someone willing to engage with him, begin to teach him things (he doesn't go to school), read to him, do structured activities with him, feed and care for him, etc. On the spectrum. Light cooking, picking up, and maybe taking out my dog while I'm away.
