Par-time (flexible) Nanny/babysitter For Our Growing 4 Month Old!

I'm a RN who works night shift. We are looking for someone to watch our little one (4 months) while I get rest during the day for 2-3x during the week. The day would start at 7-7:30 a.m. and end around 3:00 p.m. (or whenever I wake up and/or you need to leave). We are very flexible in regard to what days of the week, but strict on start time as my husband leaves for work at 7:30 and I don't make it home until 8ish. I self schedule so I can work around your schedule to make our lives easier! Looking for someone who is also pet friendly as we do have dogs, two labradoodles. They are super lovable. They may need let outside every once in a while, but typically just sleep with me during the day!
