Our girl will be 2 months old when care is needed. She is a preemie and so the majority of her day revolves around eating and napping. Sometimes her feeds can take an hour plus and so patience is a must. She has a very sweet temperament and typically sleeps for 1. 5 to 2 hours at a time in her basinet. She is up to date on recommended vaccines, and our family abides by safe sleep practices. For now, we are not open to caregivers bringing their own children to our home to keep her infection risk low during this higher risk season for respiratory illness. We have two cats who will likely hide while the caregiver is present. Our caregiver will not be responsible for pet care or housekeeping. My husband works locally, and I will be returning to my job in Vicksburg.
