Easygoing family in Wentzville seeking a dependable house manager/babysitter to grow with us long term. Mom works from home (in a separate office), so we'd love someone comfortable keeping the kids engaged while she is nearby. During the school year, hours are mainly 3-6 p.m. with some evenings to 8 p.m. about 1 day a week with occasional date night. Duties include school pickups, activity coordination, homework help, reading/library time, crafts, light meal prep, and tidying. In summer, the role expands to more consistent coverage - some 8-5 p.m. days, camp drop-offs/pickups, and fun outings like the zoo, science center, and parks, reading and learning activities. We're hoping to find someone reliable, caring, and energetic who balances fun with structure and feels like part of our family's routine.
