Were a screen-free, Montessori-inspired home, and focusing on supporting our daughter's development as she prepares for kindergarten. Home life is mostly structured, and were hoping to welcome someone who can naturally fit into our routine and ideally stay with us long term. Outdoor time is a big priority for us! We believe in dressing for the weather so play can continue, rather than letting the weather stop the fun. Scheduled hours would be under 20 realistically 13-17 hrs M-F. Wednesday is a non-negotiable from 1 p.m. to 5:30/6ish. However M/T/TH/F anywhere from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. for 2-4 hours is open to discussion. Our schedule includes 1 hour blocks of learning time which would be expected as part of your care, nothing crazy- shes three. My husband and I are both continuing our education.
