Position: Part-Time House Manager / Family Assistant

Im looking for someone with flexible availability to work 25 to 30 hours per week on a consistent basis. Scheduling will come out on a monthly basis however there might be at the occasional pop-up time or a child needs to stay home from school due to illness or other circumstances. This role involves helping manage our household in Springfield, Missouri. I travel and live in St Louis about 50% of the time, so reliability and initiative are important. Responsibilities include: Acting as a house manager and assisting with general household organization. Occasionally scheduling home maintenance or checking on a secondary property in Branson West (not frequent). Helping with meal prep, packing lunches, homework, and childcare. Providing daytime coverage during school breaks and occasional evenings for fundraisers or nights out.
