Full-Time Nanny Needed For 18-month-old Boy

We're hiring a full-time nanny for our 18-month-old son, L, from November 2May 2026 (M-F, 9 AM5 PM). Pay is $660 gross/week via HomePay (W-2, taxes handled). L is sweet, calm, and loves learning and exploring. He naps daily (11:30 a.m. for 1-2 hours). We favor a Montessori-style, no-screentime environment and encourage outdoor play in our large backyard or nearby parks. We appreciate someone who talks to him throughout the day to promote language development. Helpful tasks include light meal prep/cleanup and a quick playroom reset at day's end. We work from home and will be around for breaks/hugs, but you run the daily schedule.
