Our goal with bringing a nanny in is to have someone come and fill the gaps of when we have to be at work. Our son loves to play and interact with other people. He is crawling well, standing some, but not quite walking. He has no allergies so far. Schedule requirements: Flexibility is key because neither of us have set work schedules. Mom works four 10’s and dad works all sorts of different shifts, within 4-week blocks of days and nights. We do get our schedules well in advance, so shifts are well planned out. Typical schedule when Dad is on days: 5:45 am-3:30 pm, 2 or 3 days per week Typical schedule when Dad is on nights: 7:00 am- 3:00pm, 2 or 3 days per week There will be a rare (once or twice a month) 4-6 hour afternoon shift. No housekeeping required. We do have a dog and a cat, and both are very sweet.
