Nanny Needed For 3-4 Months

We have an immediate, short-term need for a full-time nanny for our 1-year-old daughter. We have a 2nd daughter who is in school most of the day, so some occasional help with her on days off or sick days may be needed. Our primary nanny will be on parental leave until sometime in January, so we need support until she returns. We are busy professionals - an executive and a PhD student, but we're a warm and caring family. We are looking for someone with similar qualities. Our daughter is very calm and happy, and loves to play and go for walks to the park. We have a small dog also. We are looking for someone from 8:30-4:30 M-F. We may occasionally need some additional help, but we generally follow consistent routines. Responsibilities would be as expected: caring for our daughter, prepping her meals, tidying up, planning activities, etc.
