Clean and organize house when needed, Supervise children, maintain schedule and structure, keep kids entertained at times, provide some type of tutoring or teaching games with kids (spanish tuturing would be ideal), make sure kids are getting proper healthy meals during the day, make sure kids are behaving and if not provide some kind of discipline or consequences and supervise children while parents are not at home. Respect, good communication, structure and fun Sports, games, movies and cartoons, learning games and I want them to learn spanish They are good but I want them to improve in being respectful, good communication, maintaining structure and no temper tantrums or there will be consequences and be able to have fun too. English and Spanish speaking Yes there is parking Yes 2 dogs... german shepherd and golden retriever
