About the job

Our daughter loves music, playing outside, reading, and being with her people! P isn't a good sleeper. She never has been. I still contact nap with her as my work schedule allows it. I'm looking to slowly transition her to sleep for someone else. This will be the biggest hurdle! You'd be a good fit if you're patient, flexible, creative, kind and must love dogs (we have 2). We'd love it if you enjoyed playing all day. We don't want her in front of the TV. Flexibility is key for our family. Both my husband and I work from home. We typically have standard schedules, however he travels a significant amount and I do have occasional meetings outside the home that may require longer evenings.
