Nanny Needed. Live In An Option!

I am looking for a full time nanny to help care for my 3 girls aged 9, 11 , and 12. They attend school most of the day during school months and are fun, well-behaved, and pretty fantastic humans. I have recently graduated medical school and will be starting residency soon. My schedule will vary greatly month to month but would like to have someone consistent helping me care for these girls. I have a smaller separate living area with 1 bedroom and bathroom attached to our home for the right nanny/ caregiver if needed. I would like someone kind, organized, reliable, and dependable. Should be comfortable driving kids to and from activities will provide a vehicle for doing so. Some light house work would be appreciated and if you can cook you would be the most valued and popular person in the house!
