We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children in Independence. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is CPR certified. Both parents work from home and we are looking for a relaxed, positive individual to be a helping hand in the afternoons when things can get hectic. Our family has neurodivergence that we embrace as our unique strengths, not something to fix. We have a very flexible daily schedule that allows for a lot of independence for our son. He loves all things automotive and we embrace his special interest. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with things moving slower, and some systems in our housework looking different to accommodate our family.
