Full Time Care For 4-month Old. Flexible Hours

We are seeking full time (9am-5 p.m. Monday - Friday) care in our home for our daughter who will be approximately 4 months old. I work from home full time and my husband works for the city. We both have somewhat flexible schedules so hours may vary. We are also willing to work with scheduling needs of a care provider if they are a good fit. We have toured several local daycare facilities but have concerns around caretaker to child ratio. Wed love to have someone with a child development background in our home to provide individual care. Our goal is to give our daughter the attention and care she receives from her family. Wed also love someone trained in child development to facilitate age appropriate activities to help her reach developmental milestones.
