I work a varying schedule, I typically have 2 days off during the week and my husband is off every weekend and holiday so we will need someone 3-5 days a week. Never any major holidays or weekends. Our son is currently 5 months, but will be 8 months old at the beginning of July and he is in general a very easy baby. Not fussy, sleeps well, happy with independent play. Formula fed and starting to introduce pures. I am also excepting our second, due in November, so I will eventually need someone for both babies. (:
