Our current nanny is heading off to college in January, so our family is looking for a new nanny to assist with childcare during weekday mornings. We have four daughters - 4 years, 2 years, and have 7-month-old twins. Our 4-year-old attends pre-school Monday-Thursday and will only be at home from 7:30-8:30 a.m. Our 2-year-old has Down syndrome and requires multiple therapy appointments throughout the week - typically on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 75% of the time, you will be working as a team with Mom caring for 2-4 of the kids at a time. 25% of the time, Mom will be in and out throughout the morning taking 4-year-old to preschool or 2-year-old to therapies, so you would only care for the twins. Sometimes the entire crew goes to therapy appointments together.
