We are moving to Linwood Township in December and will need a nanny for our 3 kids (8, 5, 3) starting in the new year. My husband and I both work in law enforcement so our schedules are not a typical Monday - Friday. We will need care about 2-4 days a week/weekend. We can be flexible on some days but will need someone who is willing to work with us on scheduling as well. It will likely be afternoon hours (3-7ish) on the days that we need help but that could change to earlier hours with possible shift changes at work. We have a dog and a cat as well in the home. We will need someone who is willing to do school/preschool drop offs and pickups somedays. (We will provide the vehicle and car seats). We are building a house and it is projected to be done Mid December so our schedules are flexible for the start dates.
