Special Needs Caregiver/PCA For 1-2 Children In Savage

My husband and I are looking for a caregiver/PCA for our 7-year-old and 11-year-old daughters who have extra support needs. We would often be tag-teaming but would love someone who is comfortable with both girls to allow for us to have a few hours away. Ideally, we'd love someone who could maybe do an overnight occasionally for when my husband is working or if we wanted a night away, but this is not required. We are a non-smoking, flexible/casual, and open-minded household and have a small rescue dog. My children know safety, kindness, and respect are most important to our family. Due to our family's needs, applicants need to be at least 18+, have a reliable car and be willing to transport, have experience with children/teens with ADHD and autism (bonus if familiar with PANS/PANDAS), vaccinated, female, LGBTQ+ affirming, and reliable.
