My wife and I have two girls (4. 5yo and 3yo). We also have two fur babies (ruff and meow). We've been lucky to have some great long-term nannies before and we still consider them like family. We all know how 'life happens' and timing and things change so that's what brings us here again! One of the most important things for us is to find the 'right fit' and then we can usually find a schedule that can work for all. Care just forces us to post with very rigid time schedules that aren't necessarily accurate, so it's best to just chat about it. Care forces me to put a schedule down, but ours is more unique than it allows us to enter in. It's easiest to just connect and see what might work out!
