About the job
My son was born 12 weeks early and had a NICU stay. He is now home and 1-month-old (corrected) and would be 2 months old (corrected) when we would be seeking care. He is overall doing very well, no health complications. We would ideally like to hire someone who is comfortable with infants and can adjust to slightly different needs of a former NICU baby (specifically, he takes thickened feeds). My husband works from home and would be a resource if needed. Our ideal day would be typical infant care + reading to the baby and potentially taking him outside on a walk pending weather.
