All nannies placed with our agency must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, and have a minimum of 2 years paid childcare experience to apply. * Minneapolis - J18743 - Location: Mendota Heights MN - Schedule: Full Time, Split Schedule: Mon - Fri 7am-10 a.m. & 4pm-8 p.m. - Start: January 2026 - Children: 2 children ages 3yrs and 8yrs - Salary: $22 - $26/hour depending on experience - Minneapolis family seeking a nanny/household manager who is flexible for a split shift Monday through Friday for their 2 children. Duties include getting kids ready, transport of kids to school and activities and back home. We also need help on the weekends at times. Housekeeping, Groceries, Food Prep, Children's only laundry, and Transportation (car provided). - There is a cat in the home so best to have someone who is not allergic. - The right candidate is independent, flexible, a self-starter, has good communication skills, and is self reliant. - We see the nanny as a really important part of our family team - someone who's warm, loving, and truly enjoys being around kids. Our children are the most important part of our lives, even though our work as physicians keeps us very busy. That's why having someone we trust, who's flexible and dependable, means so much to us. We're looking for someone who can create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment, but who's also comfortable setting boundaries - especially with our 3-year-old, who definitely needs a little structure and gentle guidance.
