Nanny Needed For 2 Children

Hello! We're looking for a caring and reliable long term nanny for our 2 young children. We're hoping for someone 3 days a week. Normally would be 8-4. However, some days it would be earlier, usually 7-7:15 start. Very, very rarely 6:30. Was hoping for M, W, F. But really flexible on days as I set my own work. Salary is guaranteed, so you will have extra time off. 1 week paid vacation (3days). 2 paid sick days a year. We do ask for an occasional weekend date night to be covered with all the extra days we give off. (Usually once every 1-2 months or so). Our biggest things are someone to be present with our kids, and someone reliable and shows up. Thank you for looking!
