Hi! We're the Sandahl's, a soon to be family of 4 who's looking for a long term care taker predominantly for our expected newborn. My husband is a police officer and I am a paramedic so the care taker must be okay with our occupations. Given our occupations we work odd and unpredictable schedules as well as various days a week. Meaning that we could be delayed in getting off work and may not be home at an exact time. My husband is M-F, however my schedule varies day by day and week by week so we're unable to offer (right now) set days a week. We are due in January so as of right now we do not have a definite start date and can't give exact times of day we will need help. But would like to start looking for our nanny as we know the best ones can be hard to come by and in short supply. We have 4 friendly dogs and a cat in the home too
